Steps
- 1. Add water and Prima Taste Mee Rebus Complete Sauce in a pot. Mix well using a whisk. Bring gravy to boil, stir occasionally and low boil for 1 min.
- 2. In a separate pot, blanch each serving of Hokkien Noodle in boiling water for 15 secs. Add bean sprouts and blanch for another 5 secs. Drain well
- 3. Reheat gravy and bring to a boil before serving. Add gravy to blanched noodles and mix well. Top with more gravy.
- 4. Top with boiled egg, green chilli, Chinese celery, fried shallot, mini shrimps and Tau Kwa.
- PREPARATION: FOR MINI SHRIMP
- 1. Fry mini shrimp in hot oil for approx. 25 secs or till golden brown.
- PREPARATION: FOR TAU KWA (FIRM TOFU)
- 1. Fry both sides of Tau Kwa in hot oil for approx. 30 secs or till golden brown. Dice Tau Kwa
