Bak Kut Teh

Literally translated as ‘pork rib tea’, Bak Kut Teh is stewed pork in an intricate mixture of herbs and spices. Originally a Southern Chinese dish, it is traditionally eaten with Chinese dough fritters or ‘you tiao’ and rice. Washed down with Chinese tea, Bak Kut Teh is a mouth-watering meal in its own right.
